What you eat is of course as important as how much you eat. Eat lots of fried foods and you will not only put on weight, your health will be affected too. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables and you will be healthier.
Our programme is based on two simple initial steps - eat a little less each day (or if you can't manage that, a little less each week) and do a little more exercise each day.
But additionally we have a focus on some of the food and drink that you might well be consuming, and these items are carried in this section on "What you eat".
