The simplest route to slimming.

If you want to slim, if you really want to slim, there is a way.  It doesn’t require any food supplements at all.  It doesn’t require a special diet.  But it works.

OK you say, why, if this slimming method is so wonderful and brilliant, why isn’t it all over the internet?  Why aren’t there books on it?

In fact it is out there, but the reason it is not shown on TV, not advertised on radio, not written about on the internet, is simple.

The answer in fact is in two parts and both parts are simple.

Part 1 is the fact that this method is easy.  No special diets, no magic potions.  It is easy.  And because it is easy no one wants to make TV programmes about it or have long debates on the radio.

Part 2 is the fact that no one makes any money out of it.  We don’t.  The makers of supplements don’t.  in fact no one does.

And if there is no money to be made, then people don’t do it.

So here we go: the simplest route to slimming.  Remember, it is easy to the point of dull.  You just have to do it.

First, you need to note what you eat.   And you need to be truthful.  No one is going to see your list of what you eat apart from you, so if you miss things out, that’s just you fooling you.

Just fill in this chart for three days.  Make them ordinary days.  Not days when you didn’t eat much because you felt sick, or because you were trying to slim.  Not days when you ate more than normal because you were at a party, or staying in a hotel where you could eat as much as you like.

Now let’s see how this works

You don’t have anything pre-breakfast so there is nothing to fill in

Breakfast: you have a bowl of Weetabix with milk.  Write in how many Weetabix you have, and if you have anything else with it.  For example if you put two teaspoons of sugar on the two Weetabix, and then full-fat milk, just write that in.  Then you have a coffee with milk and two sugars, so you write that in.

So the opening of your chart looks like this

That’s it you have recorded your breakfast. Two Weetatbix with two cups of milk and two spoons of sugar.

Now you go on through the day.  Let’s suppose you have a pack of crisps on the way to work, then you put that down as snack 1.  If you have a drink of Coke at work you put that in the snack one line.

This is all straightforward but it gets a bit more complex when we get to the big meals of the day, because you have to record all the bits and pieces that you have.

So if you have a meal that includes a leg of lamb, three boiled potatoes, peas, gravy, and chips, then that is what you record, being as accurate as you can about numbers.

That’s it.  Off you go.  Just do it for a few days so you get the hang of recording all the food you eat.

Remember there is absolutely no point in cheating or forgetting – that is going to stop you slimming.  And don’t forget to record the drink accurately too.  You just have to note down.  If you go down the pub and have four pints of beer and a packet of salted peanuts, write it down.

No one is going to check.  No one is going to know.  Only you.

If you fear your friends might see that you are writing something down, just nip off to the toilet, and have a pen and a slip of paper with you, so you can write it down.  Only by writing everything down accurately can you get it all right.
