The simplest route to slimming.

In the first page I asked you to note what you eat.   Now I want you to note down your activity – so we can see how much energy you use up.

Just fill in this chart for three days.  Make them ordinary days.  Not days when you did a lot more activity than usual. 

I have started the chart off for you with some suggestions, but you can add anything else.
